English support for M1 Enhanced

Hi. I am an English-speaking potential buyer of the M1 Enhanced.

Before buying I would like to inquire what English language documentation is available for this product.

The sort of information I am interested in is basic things like:

1) What do the three buttons do?

2) Troubleshooting for common problems, like (i) the watch freezing, or (ii) the battery failing to recharge.

A while ago I emailed Maibu to ask them if there was an English-language manual, but they responded that even the Chinese-language manual only gave information on how to connect to Wechat.

Does this sort of infortion exist, either in English, or failing that in Chinese that I can get Google Translate to translate for me?
